1. What is your lead time for trophies and awards? |
a. Normal lead time for individual teams and business organizations is 2 weeks. Larger orders need more lead time. Occasionally, we can work miracles, so give us a call. |

2. What is included in your price? |
a. Our pricing includes all engraving and personalization of awards to meet your specifications. |

3. Are there extra charges for logos and artwork? |
a. It depends. If you have your artwork or logos in an electronic format such as Corel Draw (Version 12 or lower) or Adobe Illustrator (Version A2 or lower) we can generally receive it via email and import it directly to our engraving software at no additional cost. We prefer at least 300 dpi resolution. Lower resolution artwork or artwork in a jpeg format may not be clear enough to produce the results you expect. In order to prepare this artwork, additional charges may result, however, you will always be quoted an inclusive price before any work begins. |

4. If my team or organization has a particular color in mind, can our awards be coordinated to match? |
a. In most cases, yes. Traditional sports trophies are all custom designed and manufactured by us and there are a myriad of color combinations available to meet your needs. In acrylic awards, the colors available are generally limited to clear, green, blue and occasionally red depending upon the shape and size. |

5. What wood finishes are available for plaques? |
a. Economy plaques are usually finished in a cherry veneer with finish shades varying between suppliers. We always match our plaques within orders and remain consistent in shade with long-term employee recognition programs. Solid wood plaques are available in the popular piano (high gloss) finish, rosewood, walnut, mahogany and black lacquer. We will help you design plaques that meet your budget and recognition goals. |

6. I am looking for the newest and best items for recognizing our athletes or employees, can you help? |
a. We stay on the cutting edge of product offerings of suppliers from around the world. Italian cups, lead crystal, optical crystal, and molded figures from the U.S, Canada, Italy, and China are all available with just a few days notice. We regularly attend industry trade shows in order to stay abreast of the latest technology and trends, all in an effort to exceed your expectations. |

7. What is the best way to get personalized names to you for engraving? |
a. Our on-line order form has roster spaces for up to 20 athletes. Larger rosters are best done via email with an attached Word document or Excel file. For swim teams, there is a way to export a formatted roster directly from your HyTek software. Call or send us an email and we will walk you through the process. If all else fails, a fax will suffice, but we always call if there is a question on spelling or gender. |

8. Are all of your sports offerings gender-specific? |
a. In most cases yes; we find it best to make sure that boys and girls get trophies that represent their gender. We do have non-gender offerings that eliminate the need for specific gender matching. |

9. How much should I budget for a team of sports trophies? |
a. We have found that as children age, their expectations for trophies increase. As a result, the expenditure for awards goes up with age. Our rule-of-thumb is the cost of an individual trophy should at least match the age of the child plus 2. In other words, a group of six year-old athletes should be rewarded for a great season with trophies that cost $8 to $10 each. |

10. How are the awards packed? |
a. We work hard so that you will not have to. If you give us a list in alphabetical order, we will box the awards in alphabetical order. If you give us individual rosters, we will box the awards by roster and attached the roster to the outside of each box. If you want age group divisions, we will box them that way. The bottom line, we will do it the way you want so that you have an easier time at your awards ceremony. If you do not have a preference, we will package the awards in a logical manner according to size or type. |

11. Can a proof be created and approved before work commences? |
a. Certainly, we can provide a proof for you. Most of our clients trust our design judgment with their ideas and allow us to exceed their expectations. |

12. What type of payment do you accept? |
a. Cash, check, Visa, MasterCard. |

13. Is sales tax collected? |
a. If you are a registered non-profit, no; otherwise, yes. Our county sales tax is 7%. |

14. I saw an award that I really liked, but I cannot find it on your site. Does that mean you do not carry it? |
a. Absolutely NOT! The product offerings on the website are a fraction of the total products available. If you want something specific, please let us know and we will do our best to find it. |

15. Can you custom-design an award that will be ours alone? |
a. Yes. We love the challenge of creating one-of-a-kind forms of recognition that creates “oohs and aahs” when presented. |
